Step 1 – Completing a new agreement with us
As soon as we have the following information, we can prepare a Management Agency agreement for your consideration
- Address of investment property
- Name of legal owner of property
- Your contact details (Name, phone, email)
We will send this to you prior to arranging a phone conference or face to face meeting to run through the terms. The document takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and if you are in Sydney – we can meet at the property or come to you if it's more convenient.
If you have a property that you are managing yourself, or one that has never been managed contact us today with the above details, and start saving time and money
If your property is currently with another agent and you have completed step 1, then all you have to do to end the Management Agreement is give written notice.
Step 2 – Giving notice
You may wish to personally contact your current agent, notify them of your intentions and supply them with written notice, before sending us a copy.
Alternatively, you can simply request and then complete our customised template, sign and return to us, and we will take care of the rest. This means we will forward the document you have signed, along with a brief communication introducing ourselves.
