Standard Fees – Exclusive Management

Management fee: 4.4% + GST = 4.8%
Letting fee: 1 weeks rent + GST
Advertising fee: $175 + GST
Lease renewal fee: $250 + GST

Free photography, no inspection fees, no maintenance fees, no income and expense report fees AND no “sundries and postage” statement charges. We believe all of these fees form a part of Management fees or Letting fees.

Standard Fees – Leasing Only

Letting fee: 2.5 weeks rent + GST

Includes appraisal, a free professional photoshoot, inspections/access, negotiations, processing and screening applications, selecting tenants, managing deposits, preparing agreements and condition reports, lodging bond, setting up rental payments, and of course meeting with the tenants to hand over the property.

Professional Photography and Advertising on major sites until leased, included.

Standard Fees – Residential Sales

Sales Commission: 1.5% + GST
Advertising: At cost customised campaigns, payable on settlement
