Born and educated in Sydney, Phil is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW who has been working in the local Real Estate industry for over 20 years.
Phil holds tertiary qualifications in Economics, Business Law, Business Management and Financial Services. He has a strong belief in ensuring his clients are safeguarded with their investments, and to generally keep abreast of an ever-evolving industry.
His career in Real Estate commenced at LJ Hooker (Double Bay) in 1998 as an office manager. Phil went on to work with the team at Ben Boyd Real Estate, Neutral Bay where he worked closely with and under the guidance of the Directors, before being appointed Licensee in charge of Ben Boyd’s sizable, well-tuned and established portfolio.
Phil later founded a Real Estate Consultancy business, helping local Sydney Agencies and developers including Colliers International, Xcel Properties, Century 21, Leonarder Collins, and McGrath, with their businesses and clients. He also acted as Finance & Operations Manager of 2 franchised McGrath offices, which over a five-year period he helped financially guide and structure for growth, again acting as Licensee in charge and later, as Group Financial Controller. Phil was recognised as an integral part of the growth story of this independent arm of the McGrath group which had grown to 10 offices, and to one of the largest and most successful, privately owned residential property management and sales Real Estate groups in Australia. He ended his work with McGrath, before they became publicly listed.
With a passion for property and people, Phil understands that if you are an investor, you are looking for a long term, reliable and affordable alternative. To make good use of his experience and local market expertise, Phil rebranded his Consultancy business in 2013 to “Household Properties”, and is dedicated to saving investors time and money.

Noemi has been working in the industry for 5 years. Her core support roles are leasing, inspections, and administration.
Having worked predominantly as a professional in the Health industry, Noemi developed her ethics and strong people skills through an exceptional level of care.
Noemi has a long history of investing in residential properties across three states and, over time, she has and continues to be regularly dealing with property managers interstate.
